Hello Parents and Volunteers,
Important Reminders:
- Children will be receiving an Easter goodie bag at the end of Sunday school to take home with them. Bags for kids from K-8th include a bracelet and description that they can use to share the gospel message with their friends.
- “The Way to the Cross” event is coming up this Friday, April 7th at NC4 Bethlehem. We encourage you all to attend anytime between 5:45-7:30 pm!
- We have TWO Check In areas in the lobby- one for regular attenders and one for first time guests. We’re hoping this will speed up the check in process for all involved!
- Join us for our 30 Days of Rest in the lobby of NC4 Bethlehem every day from 5:30-6:30 pm. Saturday April 8th is our last day! Engage His presence with worship and prayer!

Last week (April 2, 2023) in Unit 18 Session 3, we learned that EZRA READ THE LAW by reading parts of Ezra 7-10 and Nehemiah 8.
- CHRIST CONNECTION: God’s Word is powerful. When Ezra read God’s Word, the people loved God more and changed their ways. The Bible says that Jesus is “the Word.” Jesus is God who came to live with people on earth. Jesus has the power to change our hearts.
This week (April 9, 2023) in Unit 18 Session 4, we will learn that THE PEOPLE PROMISED TO BE FAITHFUL by reading parts of Nehemiah 9-10.
- KEY PASSAGE: “Godly grief produces a repentance that leads to salvation without regret.” 2 Corinthians 7:10 (CSB)
- BIG PICTURE QUESTION: How should we feel when we sin? When we sin, we should feel sorry that we have disobeyed God and want to turn from our sin because we love Him.
